115-1 Consultation Sessions

Registration Notes & Guidelines:

After review, acceptance lists will be notified based on the order of submission. If a registered participant cancels, waitlisted applicants will be notified sequentially. Unsuccessful applicants will not be notified separately.

1. Cancellations: If you need to cancel your appointment, please submit your request at least 3 working days prior to the scheduled session. Failure to cancel within this timeframe will be counted as an absence and will result in a 1-month suspension from booking consultation services.

2. No-Show Penalty: Unexcused absences (no-shows) will result in a 3-month ban from registering for future sessions.

3. Cancellation Process: To cancel a reservation, you must complete and submit the official Cancellation Form.

4. Additional Terms: For further rules and detailed application procedures, please refer to the home page of the “Writing Emergency Room.”

5. Notification Timeline: Acceptance notifications will be sent one week prior to the consultation date. Unsuccessful applicants will not be notified.
